Online Psychotherapy in Ontario

Online therapy for teenagers 13+ in Ontario

Online psychotherapy for teenagers aged 13 and older who live in Ontario. School, friendships, family, identity and big changes can all bring pressure. Therapy offers a space to talk about what is going on and explore ways forward, at a pace that feels manageable.

What we can talk about

Teenagers often come to therapy with worry or overthinking, low self-esteem, difficult emotions, questions about identity and belonging, or changes at home or school. Every teen is different, so therapy is shaped around their own needs and goals.

Parents and guardians

How a parent or guardian is involved depends on the teen’s age, their capacity to consent, and applicable requirements. Consent, privacy, payment and family involvement are discussed openly before therapy begins.

Confidentiality and its limits

What a teen shares in therapy is kept private, with limits that are explained before care starts, such as when someone’s safety is at risk. Teens and parents can ask questions about this at any time.

Getting started

A parent, guardian or teen can reach out first through the contact page with administrative questions, or arrange the free 15-minute consultation. Sessions are online, in English, Arabic or Spanish.
